About

I'm Gabriel Jaime. I work at the intersection of data, technology, and innovation, with a simple idea in mind: solutions should not stay in slide decks; they should work inside real organizations.

At Santander Argentina, I'm Risk Data and AI Manager, driving innovation and better data management within Risk. I'm especially interested in that uncomfortable space where legacy systems, imperfect data, regulatory pressure, and a real desire to change all meet.

I also teach Data Management at ITBA and coordinate the AI Agent Developer program at ITBA Innovation. Teaching forces me to organize what I learn at work: what is useful, what is hype, and what teams need to use data and AI with judgment.

Previously, I worked at Banco Macro, ISBAN (Santander Group), JWT, and on my own projects. I hold a BSc in Systems and Business from CAECE, an MBA in Innovation from UBA, and additional training in Fintech, Capital Markets, and ISO 9001 Quality.

I live in Buenos Aires. Outside work, I follow the same curiosity: understanding how things work underneath, from systems and organizations to cars and cities.
